We’ve been pre-seed stage angel investors since 2020, focused on technology founders building B2B SaaS businesses. We apply our combined [37] years of experience in researching publicly traded companies, to uncover talented management teams building early stage technology companies that have the opportunity to achieve the same scale and success.

In contrast to venture capital firms that deploy the capital in their funds across numerous companies, we invest our own money, one company at a time – and only when our cherry picking criteria are met. And while VC firms expect a pre-determined exit plan to return capital to their investors, we face no such constraints. We are the investors. By investing our own money, we can rally behind those rare management teams with visions of growing globally over the next 10, 15 or 20+ years.

Since we started angel investing, we have looked at hundreds of companies. So far, three companies have earned our investment and support. We are fortunate to be backing the incredible founders and teams at Cortico Health Technologies, OnTraccr Technologies and Levr.ai in the early stages of their journey. We seek to support other SaaS oriented founders who believe they are building a disruptive and potentially industry leading company for the long run.
